Practical Poker Math: Basic Odds & Probabilities for Hold'Em and Omaha

I Began playing poker with some friends about two years ago. After experiencing a learning curve, I then thought I would try online poker and then I realized that I needed to improve my chances. I came across Pat Dittmar's book Practical Poker Math and thought I would take a look at it.

I am a computer professional and the book touched a chord with me because it is very logical. It also does not get so complicated that you lose interest and put it aside. After putting some of Dittmar's ideas into play I soon discovered I was holding my own with the online players. As I get more controlled about sticking to the math and not letting my adrenaline take me away I am winning more and more. by F. Latter

This is the second book I've read about poker odds and the first I could understand. It's easy to understand, easy to read and best of all I've been winning more since reading it. Well worth buying. by D. Gardner
